Dakka Dakka is a good place to check the pulse of the international 40k and AoS focused crowd without a GW lens. There is more than 40k/AoS interest discussed there but it does seem to draw a different crowd from The Miniature Page and Lead Adventure, two other big international miniatures focused forums.
