Lt. Amadou Sy, member of the Nouveau Corps de Tirailleurs Sénégalais
I've been wanting to mix the Tirailleurs Sénégalais parts with something sci fi for a while. The head didn't have a ball joint, so instead of using green stuff I clipped off one of the flat round pieces from the bottom of the sprue and glued it into the neck joint. I then shaved/clipped off enough sprue to mate the head with the sprue clip and it turned out perfectly. The backpack and machete both came from the same tirailleurs sprue and I was happy to find that the pack fit perfectly where the straps meet the rest of the plate carrier. Kind of want to make a full squad now.
