Combat Effectiveness - Thoughts?

Lord Marcus ModeratorWhat do you all think of the combat effectiveness mechanic?
To me it seems rather intuitive, easy to keep track of with the either a D10 or the upcoming tracker, and I like how the fighter cards are laid out.
