New Quality Control Stamps

We've had a few mis-packs from our US operation so to help with quality control we're having our packers stamp each box with their name so we can keep track of things. 

For those of you in the US, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand you'll start seeing a little addition to the inside flaps of the boxes.

The fine fellows at Sarissa who pack up all the UK/EU/Canadian orders are doing a good job of it so you won't see the stamp on your boxes over there. 

No matter where you live, if you do have the wrong frame in the box just let us know and we'll get you sorted out ASAP!

Rob, it seems pretty smart. If the same bloke is screwing it up you either find out or their having to put their name on their work makes them take more care with their job. I mean sure you could also just let the mistakes keep happening but that doesn’t seem very responsible. Maybe you have other ideas about how to run a business.
