We post from two locations: from Marietta, Georgia USA and Heanor in the UK.
We've divided the world into 2 zones corresponding to those warehouse locations so depending on where you live your order will automatically ship from the appropriate warehouse. Currently, all non-USA orders ship from the UK warehouse.
Our postage rates are fairly straightforward. If your purchase is under $50USD, we charge $7.95 for postage and handling. Any order over $50USD posts free.
Inside the UK any order under £35 we charge $3.95 for shipping (as the £ is a bit high at the moment)
EU and other European orders ship from our UK warehouse via the IOSS system so orders under €150 value including postage are VAT inclusive and there are no local handling fees. All order over $50USD are sent post free but keep your order under €150 to benefit from IOSS
Please note orders that include out of stock or pre-order items will not ship until the full order is ready to ship.
