"Space Brits" Prepare for Tea Time

Our "Space British" (name TBA) have moved to layout for tooling and Matthew Leahy has started in on the test models. Like our other Death Fields sets this will include 24 figures with a variety of standard rifles, assault rifles, heavy guns, plasma, grenade launchers, and more. Four hat/helmet types and gasmask options will give you the ability to customize your units. No release date yet but early 2022 for certain.

I also vote to call them ‘The Thin Red Line’, and they look awesome. My wallet weeps already in anticipation of an order. If it’s not too late, any chance kilted legs will also make the sprue, so an option is available to Space Highlanders for an elite option? I would also like to see a regimental mascot, be it a dog of some sort, or maybe a pair of lion cubs (Scotch and Whiskey, anyone?).

Nice, now we only need America for a space revolutionary war

I shall be disappointed if the Officer is not holding a cup of tea in one hand whilst directing operations with the other.

The world needs these! How about some ray guns as well? Shoulder launched missiles? Walkie talkies, grenade launchers, flame throwers, exo scelingtons, Star Wars weapons, squad force field generators. ie Sci Fi. There is nothing “Space” about these Brits as yet. They are wearing 1890s uniform and webbing and carry World War 1 equipment ie gas mask and Lewis gun. If the minis are painted sand camo colour instead of blue, white and red they are now in WW2 uniform. Very "Death Fields. Slightly alternative WW1/2. Not very Sci Fi. I like Sci Fi.

Name of the box should be “The Thin Red Line”.
