Amidst the grandeur of ancient Rome, a gritty underbelly thrived, where darkness and violence reigned supreme. In the labyrinthine alleys and bustling marketplaces, gangs emerged as formidable forces, their presence starkly contrasting the city's polished facade. These hardened men were not mere thugs but the muscle of political factions, the enforcers of corrupt officials, and the protectors of the city's underworld. Their presence was both a curse and a blessing, a constant reminder of the darker aspects of the Roman Empire.

With this set of 30 hard-plastic miniatures, you can create a variety of options for your Gangs of Rome games. Assemble Gang Fighters, each with a unique set of weapons, and civilian members of Rome's mob with walking sticks and amphora. Armed with an array of swords, daggers, spears, pilum, bows, slings, clubs, and shields, these miniatures are also ideally suited for recreating the tumultuous events of The Spartacus Revolt.

Models require assembly and painting. Bases are not included. Product contents may vary from photos.

Close to perfect

I am an absolute huge fan of Wargames Atlantic and this Citizens of Rome set is another home run. A lot of great right handed basic melee options along with some cool citizen type accessories options. Near invisible mold lines on all parts with minimal clean up required. Parts fit well with very little trimming or filing needed. They build up very quickly and cleanly. Extremely pleased with this set, as usual with Wargames Atlantic.

My only complaint , if I were required to have one, is that there are not many weapon options from the Gangs Of Rome rules represented here in this box aside from the common basics . Not a big issue at all but, it would have been nice to see at least one option for a few of the other weapons such as a chain or whip. A few more left handed options, both wielding a weapon and empty would also have been nice. Again, not a deal breaker by any means.

If you are in the fence about this set, don't be. Add it to your cart. You will not be disappointed by any means.
