All EU Orders Ship With IOSS!

We spent a good part of October and November experimenting with shipments from our UK warehouse (with Sarissa) to our EU-based customers with IOSS enabled and we have been very happy with the results.

IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) is a system by which we pay the VAT on orders made through our site directly to the countries that the orders are going to. 

There have been a few mix-ups (typically at the local post office level as they learn about IOSS), but they've been relatively rare. The vast majority of orders arrived quickly and with no VAT or additional customs or handling charges.

So if you're an EU customer who has been wanting to take advantage of the free postage for any order over $50 USD we can now confidently say you should have no problems. 

Do keep in mind that any order over 150 Euro value is not subject to IOSS so you may have to pay additional custom charges on receipt.

Hi Philip I think you mean paragraph 5 refers to Euros. This is all correct there is no reason to amend. Maybe you just don’t understand it? Shipping from us is free for orders over $50 USD value because we are a US company. The exchange rate fluctuates but basically you will get free shipping if you order two or more sets. IOSS is an EU program so is in Euros and the limit is 150 Euros. We don’t list it in dollars because that would be silly. Hope that helps.

This is great news. I ordered a lot from the UK pre Brexit and was very sad having to avoid all the great companies now.

Thanks for using IOSS. Without it, UK purchases got too expensive.
