We wanted the Death Fields sci-fi range to have it's own look and Peter Dennis is not known for his sci-fi art! Although we did convince him to do fantasy so who knows?

We turned instead to an incredibly talented freelance artist from Spain (who currently lives in Germany) - Diego Gisbert Llorens.

Diego has a rich background in traditional artwork, but also illustration and concept work for the entertainment industry. His work has been featured in the video games Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade and Warhammer: Total War among many others.

Besides doing the full color illustrations for the box covers, he is helping to concept out the factions and units for Death Fields. The Raumjäger, the Einherjar, and the one he's working on right now (shhh...more on that later)
