BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN WAR! 

Valkir Heavy Troopers are the elite of the Eisenkern warrior class. Chosen for their extreme aggression and the fortitude to stay in the fight regardless of personal cost. The indoctrination ceremony is steeped in ritual and mysticism where the recruits are blooded by the slaying of a sacrificial offering signifying the death of their old life and their resurrection to the Valkir. An oath is given that binds the initiate to their warrior siblings who they will serve with until their death. 

This hard plastic box set includes enough parts to build 12 heavily armed Valkir Heavy Troopers with options to build the legs in multiple ways by adding or removing the hanging cloth tabards, pouches, side tassets, and other accessories. Three helmet types are included: the trooper, commander, and the more heavily armored Sturmhelm. Weapon options are many and include: heavy assault rifles, heavy anti-materiel rifles, grenade launcher, flame thrower, pistol, and power sword.

Models require assembly and painting. Bases are not included.

Looking forward to these.

Going to be honest, I’ve bought from WA in the past. It was a little discouraging to see there are only 12 in the box from a company that usually gives us 20-30 models per kit. Then, today I went to buy some GW models. Long story short, with all of the price hikes, the pricing for these models is very reasonable by comparison. Decided to hang onto my gaming dollars and buy a bunch of these kits instead. I first stumbled across Dreamforge about the same time they closed their web store. I missed being able to buy these back in the day. Very happy WA has brought them back.

Great Space Marine Proxies

When compared to the Landsknecht Ogres (which are of comparable size) 3 spurs for $35, the heavy infantry's 4 spurs for $40 is a good deal. Do I wish the price started at $35 and there were one or two extra spurs, yes, but I still plan on ordering some of these storm trooper styled Space Marines.

A new era for a beloved science fiction kit

The Iron Core Valkir Heavy Troopers are getting a long awaited "re-birth", and they are just as awesome as the original DFG kits. They have been sculpted by Mark Mondragon (the original sculptor) and they are at a great price point for what you get (definitely a bargain compared to a Games Workshop kit).
All the Iron Core kits are outstanding, I'm hoping Wargames Atlantic will add more of the old Iron Core kits to the line, as well as new ones.
