I am thinking of Jerry Pournell's "Janissaries" series, for example... or William R. Forstchens Waldenia"-series... or John Ringos "Legacy of the Aldenata"...

... definitely too many boxes ...

Might as well try to revive this seeing as I've been trying to have Spacesnaz be considered for a kit. I'd love to see a post-soviet/Early Federation era aesthetic with Sfera style or Altyn inspired helmets in stead of regular SSh-68s. As for rifles, obviously a SpaceK-74 would be great, but alternatively the TKB-146 would be a good practical looking sci-fi rifle.

I really hope these guys come to be one day. I said on another thread the Iron Core range is practically like G.I. Joe without a cobra until these guys are made.
