Hi all just to say I may be off Forum, for a short time, my "Nam" arrived friday and now I must cack down and get to work. Sadly the real world pushes in to my time so much that it becomes model or web, I don`t want to lose touch as its nice to tickle the old grey mater and have a chat with like minded folk. I`ll try to see as much as I can, and I promise I`ll photo my Marines, VC, and other items as I build them. So for now, I'll say cheerio. Contact you all soon. Cheers, Geoff.

Just a very quick Hi all , I brought Rubicons, Marines, VC, a Mk 5 Auzi Centurian, VW Bettle, and a french Travant. Didnt find my dam glue to yesterday, talk about long time no model. Any way Saturday is the day to start. Wish me good journey guys, I`m "Gonna run through the Jungle". Cheers all and thanks for the support. Geoff.

@JTam Hi pal, built 3 Marines, gosh guys, I`m impressed, i`ll get some more done today and photo them with the the Kit boxes as back ground. Tam I had a real shock with the Centurion, modern tanks are huge to WW2, the Centurion dwarfs a Tiger or Sherman, it like a King Tiger, Maus. Glad I went 1/56th for "Nam", I wouldn`t have the room in the bungalo to do 1/48th gaming justice, and I`ve always thought I`d a reasonable sized table. Pictures soon. Cheers all.

PICTURES Never done this before, so here goes. here are my "Nam" Rubicons, 2 Marines, 2 VC, a Mk5 Centurion, VW, Tractor, and a Market produce set. The VW and Tractor can be Taxis if you want, Blue and White. or civilian. Here come the Marines and Centurion, the storm was really bad sunday, and the whole day black as the ace of spades. Started with Marines, and as I dropped parts, got down on my knees etc. I changed to the larger Centurion, had to pack in just after 5-45pm no amount of light helped. So here they are.

Really impressed with these figures Marines and VC, the detail is great I`ve put no equipment on them as yet, and each comes with a real choice of packs, weapons, water bottles, Holsters, emptyand with pistol.Your spoilt, and I recon I can get around 6- 8 wounded or dead from left over parts and millipute.
