Can you add optional bear heads?

This looks mighty promising. I hope the poses make it possible to rank them up, rather then creating just character models.
Different heads, other weapon styles or death field options would be great, but the latter could be on an optional sprue part (ideally once that could also go in the Mercenary Ogre set). The usabilty depends on the pose, but from where you are they look very promising indeed. Fine stuff.

I like them just standing around looking big and menacing…please don’t make the poses too dynamic as it reduces versatility and utility (not to mention making it hard to rank up)….anyway they look excellent, plastic 28mm LOTR style trolls is a great idea.

I would love to see them with some large brutal-looking ranged weapons. Crossbows would be the obvious choice, but large composite bow could work too. I would love to see barbed javelins/harpoons and nets for hunters. Finally, if possible full options for HW and shield, double-handed weapons, and dual hand weapons. But those are lovely models. If they scale right (~40mm bases?), I’ll be all over building an ogre army! Great models!
