1. Who Can Participate
Open to all members of the general public aged 18+.
You cannot recommend a retailer that you own, manage, or are currently employed by.
2. Qualifying Retailers
To qualify for the $100 voucher, the retailer you recommend must:
Be a brand-new wholesale account for Wargames Atlantic (not currently stocking our products, in our retailer database, or actively in discussion with our sales team).
Meet our standard trade account requirements.
Place and complete their first qualifying wholesale order within 90 days of your recommendation.
3. How to Submit & Claim Your Reward
Submit First: Recommendations must be submitted through our official recommendation form at before the retailer contacts us or places an order. We cannot apply referrals retroactively.
First-Come, First-Served: If the same retailer is recommended by multiple people, the reward will go to the person whose form was submitted first based on our system time-stamps.
Receiving Your Voucher: Once the retailer’s first order has been paid for and processed, your $100 digital voucher will be delivered to the email address provided in your submission form within 14 days.
4. Voucher Terms (wargamesatlantic.com)
The $100 voucher is issued as a digital discount code/gift card valid exclusively at wargamesatlantic.com.
The voucher is single-use, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
5. General Rules & Disclaimers
Order Returns/Cancellations: If the recommended retailer cancels or fully refunds their initial stocking order, the $100 voucher will be voided or revoked.
Fair Play: Wargames Atlantic reserves the right to disqualify any participant or decline reward issuance if we detect spamming, self-referrals, fake business submissions, or misuse of the program.
Program Changes: Wargames Atlantic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end this program at any time without prior notice.
