I don’t think I see a single dud in the lineup – some stuff I was expecting, some I definitely wasn’t, and several I’m now very much looking forward to!

STARTING

I was under the impression everything announced will be released by July 24th per the all in “Coming up starting on Friday July 24th are all these great sets!”

When will the monstrous bits release?

Jon - July 19, 2026

Is it hard being this awesome? I hope you take some days off to recover

Jon - July 18, 2026

Awesome! I can’t wait. They all look great! The elves and dwarves look great!!!

Damien – We decide how many to put into each box set based on a number of factors – number of unique frames, anticipated demand, what game system they’ll be used for. We’ve never had a specific # of figures/box – we don’t sell plastic by the pound. We held firm on our pricing for the first five years or so but the world has changed. Every cost associated with literally everything continues to rise – electricity, oil, transport, paper products, printing costs, food, gas – kind of hard not to notice no?

As for small scale – oh have no fear we have a LOAD in the works and demand is crazy for them. They are some of our best selling products. But one reason we’ve slowed is to allow for the rules side of the house to catch up. Classic Fantasy Battles is being revised and refined and those rules will be at the heart of dozens of new 10mm periods.

Also I’m glad to see you’ve perhaps realized that Interest in 10mm scale is perhaps too niche outside of Europe for mass development

Damian Burns - July 18, 2026

Why is the number of models per box going down but the price is going up?

Chris - July 17, 2026

The dwarf citizens make me want to believe you guys will someday make plastic 28mm dwarf soldiers. Just remember to make them stockier than the Einerjar were. The idea with fantasy dwarves is that they’re hard to budge in spite of their shortness, gotta have mass for that.

The gladiators could be interesting additions too. I’m thinking of all-human Mordheim pit fighters, so it could be a good idea to add some other two-handed weapons aside from the tridents. Now they may not be historically accurate weapons for the gladiators, but they will be fun additions.

Hell yeah, individual kits for The Damned. Eyeing on The Damned Infantries right now, might get another one when I purchase the army box!
