Welcome Karl Boucher – Our New VP of Trade Sales

We’re thrilled to announce that Karl Boucher has joined Wargames Atlantic as our new Vice President of Trade Sales!

Karl brings with him nearly a decade of experience from his time at Warlord Games, where he worked in a variety of roles culminating as Key Account Manager, overseeing strategic partnerships around the globe. His deep understanding of the wargaming industry and passion for building relationships with trade partners make him a fantastic addition to our growing team.

Our COO, Charlie Monaghan, worked closely with Karl for six years during their time at Warlord, so we already know he’ll fit right in and feel at home quickly here at Wargames Atlantic.

Outside of work, Karl is a dedicated family man who loves spending time with his loved ones. He also enjoys keeping fit and finding ways to balance work, life, and hobby. As a gamer, Karl is proudly old school — with a particular fondness for fantasy and medieval settings — though he’s recently rekindled his love for 4th edition Warhammer 40K!

We’re excited to see the energy, insight, and experience Karl brings to the table as he helps expand our trade partnerships and continue growing Wargames Atlantic’s presence worldwide.
