SERVANTS OF WAR
"Serjeant" taken from the Latin "serviens" meaning to serve, were the lower-ranking warriors of a lord's army. Whereas knights typically came from a noble background, the serjeants rose up through the ranks. Professional soldiers, they were well armed and armored and played a significant role in the armies of the time.

This hard plastic box set allows you to build up to 24 serjeants with a wide variety of weapons, including falchion, spear, halberd, and crossbow. A variety of heads and shields allow for even more customization, and parts can be combined with the other sets in the range.

There are two unique frames in this set (see photos above)

This is the third in a new range - The Age of Chivalry - that also includes Levy and cavalry sets to go with the existing Foot Knights.

Models require assembly and painting. Bases are not included. Not for Children. Contents may vary from photos.

More of the best in 28mm

The box of Foot Serjeants easily equals the quality of previously released figures in the Barons War range. As a result of diminishing eyesight, I have had to stop adding to my collection of 15mm figures and have begun to experiment with various ranges of larger figures. I have been wargaming for over 50 years and seen a vast improvement in the quality of figures generally but can honestly say I find the figures under review unbeatable. I found assembly challenging but satisfying and the variety of figures I produced looks impressive. The size and detail makes painting a relaxing pleasure. Using them will be fun, which I believe is what the hobby is about.

Just lovely models

I really love these models. I bought them as an alternative to another company's similar kit, they have absolutely won me over with their character and the range of options. If I was to be picky I think that the three or four sleeve types (padded, cloth, coarse and fine mail) restricts certain combinations of left and right arms, I think there is a crossbow hand that doesn't have a matching option, but even with three or four repeated poses they are still great, a huge number of head options and just really good value. I have decided to go with WA for the rest of my army project.

So happy they made this line

Truly fantastic kit, could not recommend it enough. I have ordered the Barons War starter set and can't wait to see the quality of the rest of the line
