Dark Ages Shields

Really nice set of generic “dark age” shields that can be used for a variety of factions. Handy for equipping any 3D prints of kitbashes.

If you want to apply some decals these also fit with the Lbms shield transfers for Gripping Beast plastics super well!

Converting Moria goblins into Misty Mountain Goblins. Changing the shields to rounds and a few weapon swaps and they look like totally different sculpts! Also using them to convert dark age Irish and goths to more viking looking models.

Usually I am loathe to buy any product that is 'generic' but this pack is different. These shields are flat round shields with a buckler - A style used across Europe for centuries. They are ideal for Vikings, Anglo-Saxons, Arthurians, Late Germans, and could also be seen used by Irish, Welsh, Picts, Late Romans, and Early Germans. The shields are clean and crisp, and most of all thin, ideal to replace thick, crude metal shields. I have been using them on a band of Renegade Saxons, and they are a huge improvement. Recommended.

They look great, excellent detail. I’m getting ready to paint some up right now.
