THE STRONG EAT, THE WEAK ARE MEAT!

Attributed to the warlord Oda Nobunaga (1534-1582), this terrifying phrase sums up the ruthless Sengoku period of 16th century Japan. Daimyo, warlords, controlled the country and battled for supremacy with sometimes massive armies of samurai, ashigaru, and other retainers. 

This hard plastic box set includes two frames and allows you to field up to 108 10mm soldiers and accessories. The box includes the following:

Good but not perfect

Nice figures, good sculpts, nice details but the banners are nearly all nobori, would have been nice to have some nagarebata and more than one type of uma jirushi for some variety.

Excellent details in an increasingly popular scale

The miniatures are beautifully sculpted, numerous on the sprue, and allowing for a range of splendid command combinations which highly resemble historical examples.

Great 10mm samurai command

Dauimyos are standing, seated, and mounted to fit in my army. Also, a Jinmaku stand to build a command location. Signalers with command fans/signs. Its just great!

Good addition to building an army

What is provided is very good and the casting is great I know that doing the tents took a lot of plastic and there are only two spruces and it costs the same as the four spruce figure kits Twocommand tents and drums are enough but a few extra figures in command poses would be nice

Enough command for two armies,
Shipped fast, and no issues.
The sprue connection seem better than on the previous boxes where I was really scared of breaking the spears and bows.
Overall happy with the entire set, although I would like to see a Cavalry sprue and maybe a Sohei sprue.
