Writing a review for all the 3mm bevel bases.
In short: they are great for cheap, ready to go choice for especially armies you want to have similar bases for all. Personally I've done 'slapchop' spray undercoat, one layer speedpaint, touch up the stones quickly and black rim. Litrally takes about two minutes if you don't count the spraying. You could spruce them up with tufts or random bibs and bobs if you'd like to get more mileage out but still keep it quick.
There are some minor negatives. They are very plain - just gravel with a few stones. Some poses (like the Damned male inf) have such a wide stance that they're really edge to edge on these. Because they're textured, some models have harder time getting a good contact point (especially running poses with a single foot touching down).
But these are very minor things - if you need an army-wide choice. Now that they're available in 32mm and 50mm, you should be able to field a variety of forces. Solid 5/5 for mass of models, for important models, characters etc, you might want to choose something flashier or DIY.
