The Ultimate Dark Ages Plastic Set!

Get ready to build some BIG, HAIRY armies! The Dark Ages Army Builder set is now in production!

This 48 figure set is simple, but incredibly versatile. With five types of heads on the frames you can build any of the following: 

  • Phyrigian-style caps: Saxons, Smurfs
  • Bare-headed: Goths and other generic bare-headed types
  • Spangenhelm helmets: Norse, Saxons, Vikings
  • Late Ridge helmets: Late Romans, Goths, many other Germanic tribes
  • And some iconic Frank heads with braids and high ponies!

The figures can be equipped with spear, sword, ax, or seax and there are more than enough round shields for all. Our upcoming Late Roman Shields set can be used to match these as unarmored guys to go with the two Late Roman Legionaries sets. 

Our Goth Warriors set can also be used in conjunction with this set to provide command elements.

These look very useful especially in my case for SAGA and Pillage. Still hoping to see the AWI range expanded with the release of Light Infantry Heads for the Grenadiers, and Spanish and French Allies, followed by hessians for the AWI
