@Steven R The dogs were heaven sent and are a unit in the Saga rules, I thought that the leader of this band of Fianna would have his own pet pooch with him ;)

Those look great. I just wish I had thought to use the skulls as masks on my RoSD cultists. I'm totally going to steal that idea. I just used the skull to designate a leader/necromance...
Still haven't painted these...
Very nice, I particularly like the command base and dogs 👍
Fingers crossed!
Can't wait!
@Ben Saunders Very nice! The Citadel Contrast or AP Speedpaints work well with that technique too.
@Rohan Wilmott 100% agree. I deleted all my social media accounts this year. It's just getting way too mental and unhealthy on them anymore. Give me a good old forum where people can actually talk ...
Present and accounted for!
@david phillips I just want something different to Tolkien or GW. You could still have them being violent and war like, just change their cultural reason for aggression up. ...
I never win in such contest but goodl luck to you all ;]
Lots of gaps in the Rev Wars era. Bicorne and tarleton wearing French infantry, Austrians in kasket. Also agree with regard to Spanish guerillas in skirmishing poses. Even in metal there isn't a va...
I'd like for them to beef up the already made groups like the lizard-men and spiders (especially these guys) it's something that's so rarely done and they made them seem rather original. Maybe a he...
@Battle Brush Sigur that RPD looks ace! It looks like what the Japanese feared if they ever tried a land invasion of The USA.
@Hudson Adams awesome!
Hello, all I've also been a TTG for quite a while. I've followed WA since the Grognards infantry kit was among their first releases about 2 years ago. Glad I stayed aboard especially with those spi...
Fantastic! Can't wait!
Ok, let's try again. Is this working?
@Rohan Wilmott Thanks!!!That's actually what I did...I mixed Afghans with Iron-Core.https://wargamesatlantic.com/community/xenforum/topic/44299/iron-core-kitbashes
Great article with some good ideas. I'm just painting my unit of these figures and I'll have to try some kit bashing of my own.
Halflings please and thank you.
New sets will be arriving at my door one way or the other :P
It's the back of a Gothic or Late Roman shield
@Ben Saunders Still showing as broken to me? Anyone else?
Awesome :)
1806 Prussians & Saxons (allowing for 1809 Saxons for the Austrian Campaign too).
Excellent kitbashing! These could be used in any Dark Age - Medieval historical or fantasy game...or even pre-tech planet denizens for a Sci-Fi game (you could use more of the Afghans for that too)!
Alternatively - more torsos/legs than in a normal set for the same price! 😜 But then the question becomes...what? Polo shirt torsos? Blue jeans? Single-piece jump suits? Furry vests? Tunic bodies?...
Great lateral thinking! Top models!
I just read that myself and was thinking that I need some of those Gripping Beast Arabs, but perhaps I should have another look at your historical range too. Persians perhaps?
ok so hear me out. I want to by a set of generic torsos with nothing else on the sprew. when I buy a full sprew I get more heads and arms than are needed. this is for customization and I understand...
Is the image working for others? It looks fine to me, but I got a message saying it was broken.
Hey everyone. I am a long time, old school wargamer, now heading towards retirement. My goal is to reduce the "Lead and Plastic Mountains" and get some value time modelling, painting and gaming as ...
@Stilton Disco that is an interesting take on orcs.
@BS Kitbasher I'm torn.On one hand I like how idiosyncratic that guy looks. He's stooping, slouching, with a big head of beard and cloth. He's not a good looking fellow. And in a sense, I feel h...
Great intro idea. I confess, I prefer this forum to a Facebook page interface.
Eastern Europe is a largely untapped area especially in plastic. I would support Ottomans, a force that could with several variants in a box, be used to cover several centuries - 15th - 18th. And ...
i have them set to come in at the same time as that weapon sprew that should ship this month. I was planing to sci-fy my goblins
@Jules Moles Thanks! It's a bit scruffy, but I feel it belongs with survivors and partisans. It's really glazing over a tan coat, plus progressively lighter somewhat random highlights.^_^
@Javier Del Villar If they do Space Orcs I kind of hope we'd see something completely different as a take for them. Smart, sophisticated orcs, with advanced weaponry and a mastery of genetic modifi...
@Araden Kwyll that paint style is marvelous.
Gather Round ye legionaries. Lets chat, share our Grand canyon lizardmen memes, and if you've taken the plunge, work on your armies!
@Berggeit - The Cybergrave idea is great! I can't remember whether a Cyberpunkset was one of my suggestions during the big poll several months ago, but it could have been, it was one of the ...
Obviously I'd want some cavalry and artillery to go with the Conquistadors, this would complement the foot figures box and would expand the range. Don't forget the mastiff wardogs ;)
