@Paul Mitting They're hard to beat in many respects. There is no need to focus them over range, without an atmo to slow them down, they have theoretically limitless range, depending on the projecti...

I like wings as an idea. General Accoutrements could have just accessory wings - Bat Wings, Bird Wings and maybe butterfly ones. Any air force types would count. WW1 and WW2 aviators; Balloon corp...
"Wings" theme for the Renaissance. Hungarian Hussars with winged shields: Or perhaps Polish Winged Hussars:
Or "Opera" Vikings: Or a "Blood Eagle" vignette. I think it would be poor taste, but we already have a guillotine and Aztec human sacrifice vignette so there's precedent.
@Battle Specter Exactly! Long live Kinetic Kill weapons!
Ehhh.... they appear to have wider hips and narrower shoulders than the male sculpts to me. Silicone boobs are far in the future.
Do we know what size skirmish it's intended for? That can vary from a handful of figures a side to a several dozen. I agree this looks very good, and a total windfall for WGA!
Nice. Pretty dang cool. My only nitpick is that I wish they were a little more obviously women. Women have hips and other curves. Should be very obvious, particularly in the skin ...
@William Redford "Oh What a Lovely War" Wow what a magnifficant army. Thats going to be an amazing force on the table I love them Bill.
The fantastic WW1 figures of WA, allow a lot of conversion possibillities for this game, and with the forth comming British Infantry that set will give a new perspection to War Gaming. The game I t...
Asecond map of influance
Here is afigure conversion all ready being made for the game.
This is the area of the Dogger Land
Soon a new game will arrive from Ossprey Games that will greatly play to the strenghts of Wargame Atlantic and plastic figures. Called "A War Transformed" a First World War extravagandar of deligh...
@Mark Dewis I think what was meant by "millisecond delivery" was that the projectile carries all of its energy with it and imparts it at one time via kinetic energy whereas a laser has to impart it...
Mark has accessory sets on Ebay.
@Mithril2098 Yeah I've realized that this post would be better done in moddeling. My bad.
@JTam Effectively, closing the sniper school it's a totally idiotic move, how they'll think a modern army could handle enemies? I hope that these guys aren't the ones that think about sniping enemy...
@Mithril2098 Those aliens are really astounding, such a race would be a pleasant exception to the various mammals' derivated aliens or (worst) rubber forehead aliens we too often see.
You should try the kneeling pose with a Stargrave's heavy weapon, such as one's in mercenaries' sprue, I imagine an heavy weapons squad could be possible.
@Dennis Horne That's not a bad idea. I don't have a printer and am Stateside. Surely someone is UK based?
@Battle Specter https://coffeeordie.com/marine-scout-sniper/ I had heard this rumor going around. The decisions are so bad at this point it looks less like incompetent and more like sabota...
@JTam I agree that Agema could do more in the way of advertising, and it would be great if they made more plastics instead of focusing mainly on metals as they're currently doing, but I'm pretty su...
@Alessio De Carolis I always imagined a good "anti-grav" tank design would have the ability to negate or compensate for recoil using the same technology. If the AG tech can hold a multi-ton vehicle...
@Mark Dewis What I meant was a kinetic or explosive round delivers it's energy in micro-seconds after impact, compared to a laser which needs to keep "painting' the target point longer to deliver i...
I am still waiting for my pre-Xmas order to arrive. In there should be 4 of the Robots, but I wonder now what size they will be if and when they ever get here. That and the endless wait for stock t...
Or maybe a Celtic Warrior with perhaps the most famous Celtic helmet: I actually saw the helmet and photographed it in Bucharest this summer:
"Wings" for Blood Oaths. Teutonic Knights with winged helmets. https://youtu.be/Oo9nA5RYWnc Include some more historical accurate/common helmets for the kill joys ;)
"Wings" for First Empires. Icarus: Hermes (maybe in 54mm...he is a god after all): Lamassu (either as a terrain piece or a monster): (Both would be nice too ;) ) "Wings" fo...
"Wings" for Classic Fantasy. Birdmen or Hawkmen or some such. Merica!!! Skulls with winged helmets for the plastic WGA Skeleton kit.
"Wings" for Death Fields. Any expansion/weapons for the bound to be popular Valkyries. Add on bio wings for plastic Harvesters. Or perhaps rocket packs/bodies to augment the plasti...
I found Deathfields as I was trying to expand my wargame horizons out of the one sci-fi universe I had supported for decades (Battletech). Death Fields caught my attention because of its unique ble...
I think this one is rather clever - monthly theme "Wings":
Update from today, 27 FEB 23: Needless to say I'm psyched for this months releases. I won't rehash the same material again, but my ideas for female models are here: https...
@JTam they made it a point to mention that World Ablaze was going to get a lot of love, so I hope not. It COULD be Napoleonic missing out this month. At least the Catholic Priests are era appropria...
@Lidless Eye same thing with the Aztecs and Priests, actually. Maybe the naming convention just got dropped, but I know it had complaints before and was updated.
Primarines -sounds better than Primaris- are the new fad of diehard GW workshippers -ie those guys earger to play quite a competitive army list- till the next iteration of the Adeptus Astartes' ver...
Update: Hmmmh..... 11 sets? Maybe the multipart WW2 set is getting bumped?
I've heard plenty of requests for a pre-made ruleset for death fields, and a handful for generic rules for the others. So, I'd like to list a few of my opinions on the matter. 1- We don't really n...
The digital sculptors are credited on the boxes, but I can't seem to find any credits on the digital portal. Anyone have a list?
That Fantasy Cultists is FAR more impressive than I was expecting. I was expecting a diorama and we got a whole army box! There's a lot of flavor in the set.I love that the classic Fantasy line cov...
Quite a wonderful project -as usual-.. Maybe the Solar Auxilia should have been a better choice to be mixed with Les Grognards .. but the new Cadian models -less heroic than the previous 2008 IG s...
Kit afftected: Classic Fantasy Cultists Part/s affected: body_supported 01-44 Scope of issue: The new(er) naming conventions appear to be missing, all 44 supported bodies are a mix of complete mi...
Sweet stuff. Alien heads does solve perceived proportion issues with the chonk torsos and awkward arm angles. "That looks out of proportion..." "Don't be racist" ;)
Yep, good stuff. The Aztec bodies would go well as the basis of Barsoomians, too.
Fantasy Cultists and Aztec Priests are now up too.
