A couple of them needed minor putty work on the arm joins (and the Folk Rabble spade needed a matching glove sculpted on), but otherwise a good fit. There are spades and mattocks in the Fireforge Living Dead Peasants that could also be of use, though you would need to sculpt the arms to match (but creating bulky gloves and sleeves with putty is a low-skill conversion job).

Can you give Imperial Guard penal units only melee weapons these days? These would be a great penal/last ditch militia unit.
