I mean, yes, I'd like more news on upcoming plastics too. But on the other hand we have the release schedule (which we did not have this time last year). That does save them a lot of posts. ...
Interesting. I knew he shot his camel, I didn't know with what pistol. I see why the filmmakers went with the service revolver. The clashing aesthetic of the clothing and the weapon looks off.
This is the entry from my youngest, Adele. She has asked me to post it on her behalf Forum Name: Miyuso Title: Gravy Crockett Description: Adele used parts from the Irish, Halfling, Persian and ...
Hello, Sci Fi isn't usually my thing, but I loved the beautiful dynamic poses of some of the "Arena Security" digital figures so much I had to print them. I think the characters can be anything, ...
@Battle Specter Looking forward to it. I Googled your blog. Maybe include a direct link for the lazy? Have you seen all the cool stuff forum member @vissly cao has been doing with th...
@Geoff Maybury That would be amazing. Love me a "Battle in a Box" / opposing forces.
@Jon Birkinshaw Some discussion on the M1911s with that set over on this thread... https://wargamesatlantic.com/community/xenforum/topic/84752/2023-january-digital-releases

It sounds like, despite the delay WGA took to ensure the company would be the correct choice, Only Games has stumbled a bit already. Deeply disappointing as folks I spoke to at Spiel in Essen a fe...
@Bill Thomas Be carefull my friend I ordered two packs of Security Robots from them on the 18th nothing delivered no answer to "Emails". 3 emails sent no tracking element still at facto...
Would be great to see the female partizans , as plastic but I wonder if its two totaly different sets say a American and Japanese pair to start another area of the "War" just a thought.
@Mark Dewis While that may be the case there has been more news recently regarding STLs than plastics and right or wrong some folks are getting the impression that WGA is focusing on STLs righ...
@Pierre Lerdou-Udoy Take care pal, happy 2023, just chilling and looking at X-mas presents, starting to form a modelling plan for "Nam" and "Survivalists". My biker gang numbers 15 Harleys, q...
@JTam That'll come with the official review. Planning on doing a short video and written.
So glad to see that these stls are already over on ONLY GAMES as physical miniatures 😍 I was going to order a few bits anyways, but "Lawrence" and the ladies of "The Resistance" just jumped right ...
@JTam awesome stuff isn't it? I find research pro like this fascinating 😍
Wow! Just WOW!
I've not seen any chatter about these yet. https://only-games.co/products/lawrence-and-the-arab-revolt Great to see WA covering the Arab Revolt. i'll definately pick some of these up. I'd...
Will these digital releases also have a "real"(in plastic) release by Wargames Atlantic? There are a few sets, that I would buy, but I don't have a 3D printer.
Even hard plastic lances have a tendency to bend over time. White metal ones aren't that good either - they tend to bend immediately, although they are easier to straighten.
@Miyuso my own Fantasy projects tend to be kitbashed and largely use Frostrgave kits. I wanted to enter a figure that only used WGA parts. I could have entered a WGA skeleton, but didn't think it w...
Objectively, we have had pretty much the same amount of plastics news as usual - roughly one new kit a month, though they tend to cluster. November: sprue reveal for WW1 Brits, German Sentries and...
@antonio_tarruell I agree with you. I had hoped we would see more folks posting their WGA models on this forum at the very least.
I have limited experience with printed miniatures but I'm given to understand they are very frail. Considerably more fragile than metal, plastic, or even resin miniatures. The mini's weapons ...
Back to this: I initially got excited for "Spanish Guerillas" as I was thinking Napoleonic Wars. But if the Mob and Guillotine is for the Napoleonic War these are probably for the World Ab...
There's already been this preview of the "Mob and Guillotine" Looks like good wholesome family fun.
@Battle Specter Good write up. Any chance of comparison pictures? Thanks!
@Mark Dewis This is the release schedule for plastic sets though. Unless your think they plan to release plastic female French Resistance a short while after releasing female French R...
I lied. We did get a sneak peak in the end. Sneak Peak for 13 JAN 23:
The tunic, cape and, and hoods being separate on the peasants releases is a really slick way to add some variety to the torsos. I haven't printed them, but I can see these guys becoming to fantasy ...
@Red Bee It's a cool set for sure. But I think it's technically a "December" release.
Enjoying the entries so far. But I notice, nothing is Fantasy. It's all Sci-Fi or historic so far.
I recently got the new box of Esienkern, and managed to find a box of the originals. A couple quick thoughts on the new one as compared to the old. First- the weapons options are straight up DOPE....

I think WGA is still delivering great plastics... just that STLs are getting a lot of the current marketing effort and plastics are not. Plastic fans might appreciate some “works in progress&...
The release schedule hasn't been updated for quite a while. Most likely one of the two secret World Ablaze sets are the female Partisans and they're just behind on refreshing it.
When they've updated a set (i.e. new versions of the files are uploaded) there's been a MMF message to your inbox, yes.
I dug the chips in the orc armor. That's a great looking set. Are we really going to talk about this month's releases without talking about the bicycle and cigar lighting bits from the Fre...
Interestingly, both of the late sets count for the December and the January themes. I wonder if that might have affected the January theme selection? Although to be fair they would ALSO both have c...
They're Angus McBride orcs: That alone may bring in a certain sector of the market that have only ever wanted this.
I'm glad to read you, my friends. The People are starting to moan : it's a good sign. The switch to all-digital is bugging me. It will happen without me. Without any regrets. This hobby, without ...
@Blutze Well put. @Grumpy Gnome It certainly does seem like the STLs are sucking all the oxygen out of the room. For example they dropped 3 STL packs today - cool. But th...
I am not sure how that reflects the larger customer base though. Personally, I'm trying not to care. The painting backlog is big enough, only a few things are missing from the armies, and if it ...
@Duke Exeter I was looking at how to kit bash Hungarians the other day... And the answer is there is no good answer. The breast pockets are too distinctive. Maybe if WGA comes ou...
@Pierre Lerdou-Udoy Awesome. The Bulgarians contribution/participation in the War was fairly minimal (good for them). The Romanians on the other hand were a significant player ...
Strange the WW2 releases are secret. Everything else is very transparent. A little pre-release crowd review might have prevented the completely inaccurate helmets in the Italian Infantry kit.
Just noticed there's a second WW2 mystery set further down the pipeline:
