@Brian Van De Walker Yeah I understand the undercut of your own product. Thats probably why no one does it. I wouldn't be surprised if the body kit sold on its own, whether it would be enough to of...

The new Stargrave Automatons will cover the area of Cyborgs quite well, based on the sprues I have seen online. However I am really hanging out for a good multi-part robot kit. Retro or Cyberpunk, ...
Heiho is the samurai rules by Pauli Kidd in a boxed set with some samurai and ashigaru sprues.
VERY excited to see the painted army builder in the etaser today! Will we also be getting official transfers for the dark age shields? I understand if this is an upcomign secret too lol
I also wouldn't be surprised to see the Creevish and Arnyaran light tractors turn up at some point before next summer in plastic. They'll probably want to see how the first couple of plastic tracto...
@Mithril2098 Hoping for Fidwog Command. I reckon I could see Warny Autocycles soon after Cavalry, then command for Fidwog, Creevin and maybe Arnyara. Then tractors (Miner Wagon!) and cavalry for mo...
I'd also second this one. Really hoping to find a good plastics kit for robots. I think a variety of limbs and heads would be fine, though torsos is good too!
I'm sure OP will be pleased to know that, as a Canadian, the WA products sold there will now be being produced in the UK instead.
From what I can find, "Heiho" refers to IJA Auxiliaries typically from the Indonesia area but was expanded to include pretty much any group that collaborated with the IJA. If that is the correct c...
I am a general fan of this idea. The Les Grognard's box-set is one of my faves and I intend to pick up another box soon as building and painting them was so much fun! More spare bodies, in g...
so weekly update: nothing new revealed, but looks like the Tractors are on schedule for next month after all. Western Arnyaran Infantry (Mold Complete) Coftyran Chyweethl Tractor (Box Design) ...
Put the magnet on a surface, position base over it, push down.
Any tips for getting these buggers in? tolerance is crazy tight, putting the magnet in makes me see stress marks on the base, which would be great but i think id prefer just to glue them in lol.
Really happy with how these cane out, eagerly awaiting the rules
@Nick The Lemming Hmm, actually maybe they should start with the Koreans and Ming first, then do "Japanese pirates" of the time since all of those would work great with the other 10mm sets as well ...
Any news on when these are going to be available? And what's in them (other than just "2 armies and the rules")?
@Mithril2098 Easky seems unlikely to be a skirmish faction since they're so mechanised. Then again, scout tractors could be cool!
and as for the partisans not being 'mass battle suitable'.. the 'mass battle' rules aren't really all that big, just substaintially bigger than the skirmish rules. according to headzombie, the inte...
@Mithril2098 Yeah, I'd agree. It seemed from the interview like they're looking at the skirmish releases as laying the groundwork for the 28mm mass battle game launching a year down the road, which...
@pafbraed287 WGA has shown that they are willing to release the starter box alongside full boxes of the content figures. they did it whith the current Clash of Rhyflers (where the starter came out ...
What I'd like to see next: Ikko Ikki, peasants, and sohei monks (with naginata, teppo, yumi), ronin, more samurai cavalry, possibly more samurai (units of naginata, yumi, and yari separate...
Got it from the horse's mouth, one tractor per kit.
Maybe Kryst Sandstalkers? Unlikely, I know, but it'd be fun, and they're a small scale squad warfare group of specialists who can be Royalist, Crusader or neutral.
@Mithril2098 See, I doubt that. Just because the last starter showed WGA don't tend to use them as loss leaders, and since that'd be for two factions that'd already have infantry boxes, there'd be ...
in the interview the other day it was mentioned a new Clash of Rhyflers starter set was coming later this year, along with an updated starter rulebook and the full rules. and that it'll have a diff...
@von Klinkerhoffen unfortunately given where i live, my senators are part of the problem. i didn't vote for them either.
@Mithril2098 Time the USA went back to being a respected member of the UN? You should write to your senator, expressing your thoughts politely. (I have deliberately not mentioned a certain person...
Слава Україні! (Slava Ukraini!)
@Brian Van De Walker I saw the name of this topic and immediately assume that you had made the original post 😂
@Mithril2098 That would get me to buy it for non-Quar projects.
@timothy lacasse they do listen to the customer base, and as I mentioned this idea has been talked about before both here and on FB. I don't think the tooling cost is the main issue. Last I heard ...
@Stephen SuttonWargames Atlantic's DAB actually just contributes to the "heads and arms" pile more to the point I am not sure why people kept backing it other than to annoy Warring States China fan...
@Mithril2098 Oh, nice, I'd love that. Personally, waiting for more news on the new 'Miner Wagon', since that seems likely to be Fidwog's plastic tractor.
if they keep the sprues to a minimum, you might end up with 2 of each to the box.. with the Chyweethl having two full sprues, and the Ailthean having 4. the quar boxes have been all over the map i...
@Mithril2098 Aww, you took all the fun out of it! Seriously though, I agree with you on it maybe being two Chyweethls to a box, as all Quar kits are £30, even if it may make more sense for th...

i don't mind to theft, if you can get to it first. as for the Chyweethl vs Ailthean thing.. the Chyweethl is so much smaller than the Ailthean, it is possible they were able to fit the entire trac...
Western Arnyaran Infantry (Mold in UK) Coftyran Chyweethl Tractor (Mold Finished) Crusader Ailthean Tractor (Molds Finished) Creevish Rhyflers (Tooling) WAAQUO13 Fidwog Specialists (Tooling) C...
@Brian Van De Walker I admittedly have no idea how much tooling costs or what they might expect for profit margins. I'm sure there is good reason one one has done it before. I just figured if anyon...
@Brian Van De Walker I have a 3d printer and plan on printing the one body thats available
Bit more work on these ladz. Got the Spider Chariots painted up quickly enough, on to the Warmachines and Infantry
@timothy lacasse Loathe as I am to have a bunch of arms and heads laying around that I can't use, I don't think it makes sense to make a tool, which isn't cheap, for the sole purpose of allowing pe...
You might want to have a go at using 'blue stuff' (or 'oyumaru') molds to make green stuff/miliput duplicates of pieces you think you could make use of. Depending on the complexity of the piece you...
@timothy lacasse best advice at this point is get a 3D printer and print out all the bodies you want, failing that just sell the bits in a lot or 2 on ebay at low but not too low starting bid...
@Mithril2098 I actually think the demand is greater than you think given all the times its been brought up, but it is a very left field idea and would not be good business model for anyone ac...
generally a bodies only set is more the provenance of 3D printing, since general demand would be fairly low. for 3D printed sets though the trick is to include enough to make the cost worth it.
Admittedly with how the sprues currently are, separate bodies will be a huge challenge. Although I am a big fan of the idea of selling sprues entirely dedicated to giving you bodies. Since we have ...
