I'm glad to read you, my friends. The People are starting to moan : it's a good sign. The switch to all-digital is bugging me. It will happen without me. Without any regrets. This hobby, without ...
@Blutze Well put. @Grumpy Gnome It certainly does seem like the STLs are sucking all the oxygen out of the room. For example they dropped 3 STL packs today - cool. But th...
I am not sure how that reflects the larger customer base though. Personally, I'm trying not to care. The painting backlog is big enough, only a few things are missing from the armies, and if it ...
@Duke Exeter I was looking at how to kit bash Hungarians the other day... And the answer is there is no good answer. The breast pockets are too distinctive. Maybe if WGA comes ou...
@Pierre Lerdou-Udoy Awesome. The Bulgarians contribution/participation in the War was fairly minimal (good for them). The Romanians on the other hand were a significant player ...
Strange the WW2 releases are secret. Everything else is very transparent. A little pre-release crowd review might have prevented the completely inaccurate helmets in the Italian Infantry kit.
Just noticed there's a second WW2 mystery set further down the pipeline:
@Grumpy Gnome Soviet Naval Infantry would indeed hit the spot. Black Death for the win.
If those Orcs were a plastic release they would be on my “must have” list.
A very interesting focus on the Romanian fighters, whose existence I barely knew... just like the Bulgarians for that matter. I appreciate. I note the wearing of the béret, "à la fra...
Soviet Naval Infantry or German Kriegsmarine Infantry. 🌊
@Lord Marcus When a pack gets fixed how will we know? Through a message on MMF or some other way?
As I thought... although a bit surprised they are STL rather than a plastic kit teaser. Folks on Dakka Dakka are getting a bit restless over all the STL promotion without accompanying plastic kit n...
Agur, Laguna! Hi, Comrade ! I have almost the same -very- large family : 3 cats, 3 rams, 3 horses, 3 children (thanks to my revered French-Irish wife), but only 2 dogs ! As for the hens and rooste...
Wargames Atlantic's Release Schedule still has to this: Based on previous sneak peaks I was assuming it was female French Resistance. However, the STLs for female French Resistance we'r...
@Red Bee This just got released today:
I have small on 39 (40)mm bases and big on 65mm for certain game system. Someone made video for similar army: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Q0077nJTZ8) For best basing, probably: small 25mm f...
STLs released: Satisfying: (Nitpick: I wish one body had the trench coat closed). Hopefully this still makes it over to the plastic side one-day.
And Orcs they are: Works for me.

I`ve said in several other places how good the arms from the Marines and VC fit WGA`s figures, and allow really quallity converstions, although these are Perry figures, just think how good th...
The brilliant Steve Perry over at Rubicon is starting a build of one of his diaramas and has been messing about with Rubicons, Nam PAVN and Perrys Afhgans, so with Mark and a few others in mind, he...

Another set that I hope makes it to plastic.
This si an excellent set. It's iconic and some how under served in war gaming. I could really see this being expanded further into a larger set. Great concept and great work!
M1911 was not uncommmon in WW1. British officers purchased their own sidearms; there were even a few hundred rechambered in .455 Webley used by the British Navy in 1917. The bodies are suita...

Crazy and wonderful!
@Blutze The armored legs are problematic.
The new art released today for an Empire archer looks a little less flamboyant and a touch more rustic like the WGA Halflings anyway. The 7th edition archers and 6th/Mordheim free company are ab...
From the fluff: GW was selling plenty of puff and slash Dwarf minis back then useful to represent "Empire" Dwarfs. I still have a bunch of the spearman bought during 4th edition which fit in ...
Imperial Dwarves looked like this: Interesting that the Warhammer Old World stuff is going to be set during the Civil War... just like Mordheim.
Armbands. A couple of arms should have armbands. When fighting on the Axis side, Romanian troops would wear yellow armbands. The drab uniforms and round helmets of the Romanians made it pos...
"Empire" feathered hats, some puffed and slashed arms, and couple of bodies to convert the WGA plastic Halflings would be awesome. The new art released today for an Empire archer loo...

Halflings and other "light side" types in the gear would be good. Most likely the WGA Halfling militia can make do with headswaps - but some dedicated figures would be neat. Elves and...
