This box might overcome the gripping beast dark age warriors box for best go to generic warriors and i love that. The option for axes and slings look good and with the helmet less heads it looks like you can really stretch the use for this box

@Ethan Gilbert wait until you see the Army Builder set you can pair it with. Not to mention the Romans in mail, scale, etc.

@Ethan Gilbert Even better - the two sets will go together really well. This is what I'm looking forward to. Using just one set of plastics for any given unit will show, but two sets (and maybe some other heads as well) will help tremendously.

Really looking forward to these, the archers could be used as late Romans’ too. I thought though that the Goths didn’t have beards.

Would it be possible to.get.any updates on this anytime soon? No biggie but it'd be cool even just to see graphics of the army builder sets so I can begin to plan accordingly. I checked the release schedule and it understandably has t been updated since the 17th. Thanks, keep up the good work!

@Ethan Gilbert I agree. The Gripping Beast kit doesn't have enough poses, and gives you no options for javelins, slings, or bows. The upcoming Goth kit looks very promising.
