Going to be honest I can't even see the pic of this thing your asking about (could you retry or discribe it?), but I do know that there is a model company called Atlantic that is older than WA and to my limited knowledge not related at all.
Doesn't look like it. What scale is it? It may be an old Atlantic 1/72 which has no connection with Wargames Atlantic. It looks like a boardgame piece.

Indeed not part of those good old Atlantic minis, I still have some greeks left somewhere... and it does look like a piece of porcelain than a plastic or pewter mini to my mind. Atlantic never released Napoleonic/19th.c. sets as far as I remember.
Thanks for the replies. I think it is from an original atlantic set of something. Someone was trying to figure out what they had. Note the figure is about 2CM tall and has a magnet affixed to it's head.
