They say it's just limited time remaining on the liscense on thier website. If it's true, and they don't/can't renew... well, I'm sure I can't be the only person to want a multi part, multi option plastic death deather in 28mm... ;)

My primary interest for Minis is in Hyborianesque settings, so I try to have my eye out for such things.
On a side note, to fill up a sprue and make such a thing maybe have more market appeal, a "split spue" with a 28mm, and a 32/35 (whatever warhammer is using these days - something scale well with the warcry kits) Death Dealter would be pretty ace.
(Or a 28mm kit that gives both an on foot and mounted version of the character)

Perhaps call it 28mm and make the miniature 32mm in height. If we know anything about the Hybrorian age it's that it's heros are mighty of stature and sinew.
