  If it costs 1" of movement to stand up and Pluck can be spent to move a Quar 1", does that mean that Pluck can be used to stand a Quar up from prone?   ...

  It seems that the R4 Ryshi rifle is under powdered for the role it is fulfilling and based on it's description as a 20mm weapon.  AM I missing something.
