So... I guess I would give it a solid c-... If it had been an hour shorter i would have liked it more... there was not enough actual story or action. They focused more on kind of mundane non import...
@JTam Why am I not surprised? Still, coukd be worse I suppose.
New miniseries coming out covering the 8th Air Force waging war over Europe. (Above GIF for flavor, not from Masters Of The Air.) Should be similar to Band of Brothers and The Pacif...
I'm down. Maybe include some cloaks/capes on the sprue too. Some cloth, some fur, some reptile hide. Some capes with an center notch so they can be used between a power armored body an...
A bit of new lore: https://www.warhammer-community.com/2022/04/22/the-leagues-of-votann-are-coming-but-what-actually-is-a-votann/

I think I must a few of this weapons für my Eisenkern-Troopers... Thanks, Forrest Wentworth for that great inspiration... 👍
It would be nice if Mark, as the creator of the IronCore universe, would comment on whether he intends to develop it further... After trying the Stug Kickstarter twice, he seemed very depressed in...

One more shot just for fun, Let you know what the programs like.
Well this is one time I can say want to "Play ", go Rubicon all the way for vehicles. Work by Steve Perry
@Slow Painter The New Legion of Whatever.. sounds like some abomination from the Last Great Time War
Great minis, well designed, I wish all well who chose to back, not for me though, the scale is 35mm = a 6ft figure, way out of my scale now. Bigger slightly than dust, and they were 1/48th. Enjoy a...

If you have the great spiders set by Wargames Atlantic cut of the cyber parts from legs, and transfer to Ral Parth Deer set. Other manufactures do sets, but their set rocks.
@William Redford LOL.
@Yronimos Whateley Cheers mate, yep your`e right its not uniforms or equipment in general it would be nice to have a few modern vehicles even if they are 20 years out of date cheack out Rubicons pr...
While I am not a huge fan of shoulder pads/pauldrons I think they are something that would sell well.
Ah my poor addled memory, thanks for the correction@Steven StGeorges
Sprues with different generic Sci-Fi and Fantasy/Historical shoulder pads. I'd buy 'em! I got some shoulder pads from Anvil Industries and I've used them to not only add a little extra ...
@JTam Dont mourn Diego... he lived a full life and should have known messing with that girl was trouble...
@William Redford Ref: Well this just took a dark turn..... ‐------ The conversion looks better with the WGA head. All your Greatswords looking good!
@William Redford Nice! The gun drone looks Nurgely. Or maybe tech before it gets Nurgled.
@Grumpy Gnome Progress has to start somewhere. You could.have made the same arguments against 5.56 once upon a time. Or even 7.62x51 before that. This seems like it has more legs than...
Made a gun drone out of the 4 rotor thing and some bits... Pictured here with a cannon fodder guy and my wheelchair tech girl conversion...
Thansk for the kind words. I pretty much went off the instructions from an old WSS video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZaPEJtGkFL4 These were a great series and it's a...
The Einherjar are so much squattier than the new GW offering. The new Legion of Whatever are just kinda halfway between space marines and Genestealer Cults, with dwarfism. I get that design studio...
I think we're more likely to see Scavvies and Spyrers before Ratskins from GW for Necromunda. Ratskins might be a bit too close to cultural appropriation these days. They just announced Ash Wastes ...
That looks freaking lovely! How did you do the bone?
Here's what I'm working on at the moment, GW Krieg guys who are directly descended from my Grognards. I'm tying them into the same setting. The GW Krieg are great and fantastically detailed ...
That is an awesome idea. There have been a few things using sprues I've learned on here I'll definitely be trying for myself.
@Steven StGeorges I've done a few sort-of-human guys, the skaven models are a great place to start (once you remove the tails). @Mark Dewis Cheers! I'll definitely try that next time!
@JTam "If you didn't want to go the file print route you could probably use a regular A-10 model painted blue with appropriate decals would get you to a 86% solution." An 80% solution is more tha...
@JTam Yeah, seen them on FB last night. Looks like there are going to be lots of options on the sprues!
I went with "other" - I'd rather see WA's artists and sculptors let their imaginations go someplace unique that nobody else has done before. At the bottom of my list of things I'd want to see is t...
I like the Gnome Guard sculpts but the do not lend themselves to blending well with other Gnome models, particularly those converted from WGA Halflings. I also like Midlam Miniatures Gnomes....
Two weapons just for “close combat forces” seems a lot like more the Rangers getting SCARs than the US Army changing its main rifle. Ammunition commonality will be an issue not just wit...
Looking good. Nice basing! I base everything pre WW1 and fantasy on square bases too. Just gives you more options. Looking forward to seeing the more Hoplite style ones....
@Grumpy Gnome I wasn't tracking the UK Rangers either. Seems like a very recently formed formation. Strange to start a new unit (if I'm understanding everything correctly) when t...
@Grumpy Gnome These weapons are supposedly to be fielded to all US Army "close combat forces." I would assume that translates to grunts, cav scouts, FISTERS, and SF. It to...
There is another dollar tree Close-ish, so I plan on going Saturday to see if I can find some more of the houses.
@William Redford Hate you... especially for all that Final Faction stuff (Kharn Synthoid is an absolute must-have for kitbash, same for all these accessories kits) .. and look at those littl...
@Slow Painter get some narrow masking tape. That helps with that look a great deal - paint and shade the base yellow, let it dry, then put tape strips where you want the yellow stripes to be and pa...
Finally managed to get one of my box o' skelleis finished. A few more are close to completion. Here's an archer - the square base is to allow him for use in Wargods or Dragon Rampant (or whatever ...
One possible option for Gnomes is to look at 20mm ranges. These guys from Copplestone's Gaslands range would convert to tech Gnomes fairly easily: Or 10mm or 15mm for lawn ornament sized ...
A box of fantasy accessories is £15 from NorthStar. Your choice of two kinds of Wizard stuff or one of Non-Wizard stuff. Plus you get 8 male or 8 female Wizards or 10 non-Wizards as a bonus....
