@Brian Van De Walker - depends on how exact the match is, and the amount of 'close enough' fudging you're willing to accept: with no other options available, I could (possibly) find something...

Oh, don't get me wrong - in spite of what I suspect to be propaganda featuring what seem to be the Soviet state's idealized equivalent of pin-up models, I definitely believe the Soviet fighti...
Oh, I don't think I ever thought about the answer to what I'd like to see included in an Irish cavalry box. I'm not generally a customer for cavalry, so I'm trying to think of things that... Ar...
Cool beans
@Hudson Adams Definitely Earlier "Roman" stuff, ie army builder sets for Republican Romans, Carthaginians etc.
These look amazing. To risk sounding like a broken record, (because I've made the same comment in another thread) why not make this release an HMG and morter set. For the types of games these minie...
Instead of just HMGs, (which are great, please don't get me wrong) why not include morters in these boxes as well. For the size of game that is likely to be played with these figures, HMGs and mort...
@Yronimos Whateley I do not know the actual percentage of combat experienced female Soviet soldiers versus photo op propaganda but considering the various units and award winning individuals w...
Not an expert, but that's what I've been thinking too, @Steffen Seitter, and the few resources I've been able to find on the subject seem to agree: not much in the way of armor for any of a n...
Another bright side of the 3D printed ones is that if you have the printer, filement, and time, you can always print replacements. I really ought to get around to learning how to use my 3D printer...
@JTam "The Bolt Action Firefight/Academy of Street fighting rules even has name generating tables.... which I find inordinately entertaining for some reason...." LOL, now that you mention it, tha...
If you produce one or two boxes of infantry I will not buy any until the chariots, chariot runners also appear because I hate partial ranges. So if you go ahead with the project but have inf...
I have mwtal, hard injected plastic and 3D printed Roman artillery - scorpions, ballista, onagers, catapults etc. All are particularly usable on the wargames table. Since most of my games involve t...
Absolutely. I for one would gladly buy kits with bits likethat just for the "surplus" Soviet weapons to arm modern insurgents or apocalypse survivors with, if nothing else! I don't dou...
Wow, British, FOUR other WWI sets, AND yanks, AND a boxed set! That's a LOT of WWI territory being covered, sounds fantastic! I normally do almost exclusively fantasy/sci-fi gamin...
@H M I like the way your thoughts are going. Some basic bodies with "Sea People style" kilts could have heads and weapons to be used as basic level Peleset, Meshwesh, Teklesh, Egyptian Sailors or M...
@JTam Yes, Perry Minatures make very nice ones, plus options for metal specials if you want.
@Will Mansell Thank You. That was informative.
And for the inevitable "reeehhhhh they're just the same as conquistadors" - some differences: Less to no 'slashed' clothing for your average soldier, mostly reserved to rich knights or comma...
@Yronimos Whateley As mentioned above, a set of Soldiers (in this case female) in M43 tunics with alternate 3-cell magazine pouches and AK47s/AKMs bits can accurately depict Soviet troops in...
The Escape from Stalingrad Z game has kind of caught my fancy. I like the concept. I even like the fact it's a semi board game with miniatures. (A table that even half way capture...
@JTam Completely agree although making any renaissance sets is probably a passion project when you compare it to the sales of WW2 & Napoleonic sets ;) I guess I just wanted...
I have to imagine most of those women never saw combat - a lot of these ladies were quite photogenic, and surely we're looking at morale-boosting propaganda! (It would work on me, anyway! :) ...
Goblin Chariots sound like fun. Tolkien's wargs always seemed to me to have been the prototype for fantasy Dire Wolves, Hellhounds, and the like - Reaper's "Bones" has lots of fantastic Dire Wolf ...
@Will Mansell Think of it like Robert Rodriguez. Some times a man has to film "The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lava Girl" that you know will make big bucks as every family with kids wil...
@JTam I mean don't get me wrong, I would love to see a Landsknechts set too! But I'm just thinking about the way WGA goes about things, which a lot of times is covering lesser covered ...
Hot dog - great conversion, these look fantastic! Well done all around, but I especially like that power armor suit - great find! We definitely need a good source of 28mm power armor, ...
I like where you're coming from, @James Cutts - now that you mention it, the pikes thing seems to be well-suited to army-builder sets, as it seems to me it's not likely you'll need a big variety of...
I tried to vote and it told me I can only vote once...
The request here is marching lasweapons, not just historically scaled ones. And such weapons would prevent any need for army builder sci-fi kits.
@Hudson Adams I think you should do wolves the same way or similar to the spiders (have a couple big ridable ones that can wear the goblin saddles along with a couple smaller realistic ones p...
Excellent idea, good subject and useful for other purposes as well. Given the right assortment of weapons and heads, they should be usable from the Cape Wars, Great Trek period up to World War One...
@Brendan O'Connor Looks like there might be another rule set you could try sometime in the future: https://wargamesatlantic.com/community/xenforum/topic/50203/ww1-rules-and-miniatures-box-s...
@Axel Schudak Plus 1 on Landsknechts. The Conquistador kit has been very well received and I think half of that is because they kind of look like Landsknechts. How much better w...
@Axel Schudak Warlord make plastic Landschnekt no?
Made an account here just to say... SIEGE OF MALTA! Echoing a few above - the Siege of Malta and the Wars of Religion more generally are one of the least talked about and modelled pe...
Thank you for that. I am looking forward to the Conquistadors for both historic and fantasy use!
I would love some historical accurate Landsknechts, Swiss or Italians for the early Italian wars, to supplement the various metal ranges (eg. Steel Fist) with bulk troops. Especially Italians or Fr...
Voted successors as the existing ranges do not allow for pikes in action. A single set could complement these nicely. That said... Renaissance needs pikes, too.
@Hudson Adams Thanks for the update, I appreciate it!!
@JTam Perry Miniatures make a great set.
All of these are excellent options. For me, these stand out as something that WGA could really do something awesome with, completely not biased by what I'm looking into right now ;) English Civil...
I voted for English Civil War, mostly because there's only the few Warlord's plastic sets in 28mm, virtually everything else for that period is in metal, I really want artilliary in plastic for tha...
@Hudson Adams You guys are doing God's work. Your releases are just about the only thing about 2021-22 that isn't concentrated dog cr*p.
@Mark Hoffman the British are in layout, four other WW1 sets are almost done sculpting, and then we'll tackle the Yanks.
Excellent!
@Hudson Adams Sweet!! Uh, how far down on the list??
I love these. Those GB Arab heads change the whole feel of the miniatures.
I often kitbash historical laser rifles by cutting up two or more historical rifles and mixing parts, which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Historical scale lasweapons would be great...
@Hudson Adams That's genuinely super cool and exciting news.
